Description
The T-FCFS24 provides your kitchen with the farmhouse style you desire at a size that fits a smaller space.
Beside its obvious beauty, there is much more to a fireclay sink. Nantucket's fireclays come from Italy and Turkey. Both countries have a long history of craftsmanship and artisanship. Now you can enjoy this tradition in your own home.
Nantucket Fireclay sinks are made from fireclay, feldspar and quartz. After a production mold is made, the material is mixed together to form a "slip." This slip is injected into the mold to form the sink and left to dry. Upon inspection and hand finish work, the sink is glazed and placed in the kiln. The sink is fired at 1200 degrees for 15 hours. During this process the sink shrinks by 10%. Each sink is unique.
Grid and drain (extended ferrule) included. For disposal drains extended flange (2.5") is required.
